One “Tweak” Could RULE Your Whole Day!

This might not be the juiciest of subjects to discuss but I feel that this subject could make or break a woman’s health! What is it?

CONSISTENCY.

If you are the woman or man who wakes up at 7:00 am, maybe eats breakfast IF you have enough time before you start your crazy day, then skips eating lunch (or anything) till 2:00 pm, eats whenever she gets home, stays up till 11:00 pm on a computer, or watches a movie till midnight, and then it is completely different chaos from day to day, let’s have a serious talk here girl!

You need a schedule make over! Every single move you make during your day dictates your hormone flow. If this is you, it is very hard for your body to know which end is up and which end is down. Symptoms can include inconsistency in your menstrual cycle (for women), weight gain, fatigue, irritability, brain fog, hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), anxiety, and depression. Your hormones literally go up and down with your blood sugar, sleep times, and stress. The more consistent you are with your eating, sleeping, exercise, and a healthy schedule, the more even your hormones will be and the much healthier your body will become.

Some of the most successful people on the planet are extremely regimented. By having a consistent routine you will not only feel better, but you will get more done in your everyday lives and not stress yourself out! You may think that this is impossible in your lifestyle, but if you can manage becoming very consistent with one or two habits (like awake and sleep times or eating breakfast and lunch at the same time every day), it will give your body some stability it can rely on. Your whole life can change for the better with consistency!
